welsh offer

TrydaNi is a Welsh organisation and we endeavour to give equal weighting to Welsh and English in our public engagement, as well as promote the use of Welsh in the workplace. We believe it is important that Cymraeg (Welsh) is not only used for everyday communication but also appreciated for its cultural and historical significance. Understanding the language’s journey and celebrating it as a living language is a key part of how we approach learning and using Welsh at TrydaNi. Not all of our team are fluent in Cymraeg but we have a mixed team of people who understand and value the language. We do our best to ensure that anyone wishing to communicate in Cymraeg is supported and listened to.

Telephone communication

You are welcome to speak Cymraeg or English when contacting us by phone. As only a few team members speak Cymraeg, and some are learning, we can’t always offer a Cymraeg response (particularly if it is an out of hours call) but we will always listen and do our best to arrange one when possible.
